They provide you with a decent time frame and showed up well before the final hour, which is much appreciated. Total Appliance does business the right way. Other companies want to gouge you to repair a high end built in refrigerator, not Total Appliance. Additionally, They were able to find alternative replacement parts when the mfr. had stopped producing its OEM parts. Don’t waste your time with the others, get it repaired right the 1st time at a fair price with Total Appliance. The owner Tony, and his employees are the real deal!!
My dealings with this company have been nothing but professional. The repair person who worked with me on my freezer was equally kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the freezer. He went out of his way to correct the problem as thoroughly as he could. I would easily recommend this company for anyone in need of large household repairs.
