Total Appliance responded within a few days, diagnosed the problem , checked out the operation of the wash and was out of her in less than a half hour. THEY'RE THE BEST

They had the original replacement parts for me, basically the next business day. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so and recommend to others.

Total Appliance does business the right way. Other companies want to gouge you to repair a high end built in refrigerator, not Total Appliance. Additionally, They were able to find alternative replacement parts when the mfr. had stopped producing its OEM parts. Don’t waste your time with the others, get it repaired right the 1st time at a fair price with Total Appliance. The owner Tony, and his employees are the real deal!!
